Located on Avenida Marechal Floriano, in the city of Lages, the UNIFACVEST Campus occupies an area of ​​approximately 26 thousand square meters, fully utilized with buildings, sidewalks and sports and leisure areas.

The structure has 109 classrooms and 81 laboratories, in addition to a modern library with a collection of 70 thousand volumes. It also has 5,000 square meters intended for squares and social areas for academics, with stores, banks and a food court. The sports complex has an athletics track, soccer field and sports courts. For events, the Campus has a theater with capacity for 500 people, in addition to an auditorium with capacity for 100 people. The social role is played at Casa da Cidadania, where academics apply what they have learned in practice, solving community problems.

Protocol: Located at the main access to the Institution, it is the space where the academic can request documents, open protocols for the academic secretariat, obtain information on the functioning of the courses, treasury and secretariat, extract hours, request a password to access the notes on the internet, request for inclusion of names in the class diary, withdrawal of the diploma, in short all the institution's bureaucratic procedure for the academic.
